Sam Bowie WAS the right choice, at the time. The Blazers already had Clyde Drexler...what were they going to do with another '2' guard? Clyde got them to the Finals twice...and Michael Jordan helps employ thousands of people in Oregon...sounds like the perfect pick to me.
Now...lets talk about La Rue Martin vs Bob McAdoo...THAT is a debate worth having.
