Speaking of Hawaii . . .time once again to introduce a food find. This time it's a really good marinade "Soy Vay brand Island Teriyaki sauce. I have used this sauce on beef, chicken and pork. In all cases it was really good. My favorite is to marinade thinly sliced beef overnight, then grill both sides approximately 3 minutes (or more depending on cut) over the highest heat. Serve with steamed white rice and stir fried vegetables. Try it you'll like it ;)
